ILR Services provides a service where we cross check the credit application. This establishes the accuracy of the information the applicant provides.

We take the credit check one step further. We conduct a full financial investigation, establishing the subject's true credit history.

When conducting this type of investigation, we carry out the following:

  • Bankruptcy searches

  • Land titles searches

  • Credit payment history checks

  • Trade payment performance checks

We establish whether there are any current or previous court actions and whether any judgements were recorded.

Another thing we establish regards the business. This includes:

  • How many years a company has been in business

  • The number of employees

  • The overall corporate structure

  • Whether or not the business principals are directors of any other companies.

We consider the business, the principals qualifications, and industry experience or standing. When providing our client with a credit report, we include the director's or principal's personal assets and liabilities.

Most importantly, we must know what our client's specific requirements are when seeking a credit check and why. Once this is established, we can provide our client with a credit report tailored to our client's needs.
